Regular spangle galvanized steel

Regular spangle galvanized steel is produced during the hot-dip galvanizing process using special techniques (such as adding alloying elements to the zinc bath or controlling the cooling rate) to inhibit the growth of zinc spangles, resulting in a uniform, fine coating surface without visible crystalline patterns. Compared with regular spangle galvanized steel, zero spangle galvanized steel has a smoother and flatter surface and better paint adhesion, making it particularly suitable for use as a substrate for color-coated sheets or in applications requiring high surface uniformity. During the hot-dip galvanizing process, we strictly control the process parameters to ensure a uniform coating with strong adhesion, and the coating does not peel off after processing such as bending and stamping. The product is available in coils or can be cut into sheets according to customer dimensions, offering flexible adaptation to various applications. Main end products: color-coated substrate, home appliance panels, automotive components, electronic chassis, precision stamped parts, interior architectural decorations, etc.

Galvanized Sheet

Regular spangle galvanized steel is produced by controlling the solidification process of the zinc coating during hot-dip galvanizing, forming visible spangle patterns on the surface. It offers good corrosion resistance, formability, and a distinctive appearance. Spangle size and distribution can be adjusted by process parameters, meeting both general anti-corrosion requirements and specific aesthetic needs. We strictly control zinc coating adhesion and uniformity during the hot-dip process to ensure no flaking occurs during bending, stamping, or other forming operations. Available in coils or cut-to-size sheets/plates per customer dimensions.
