SPCE/DC04/ST14 Cold Rolled Sheet

Cold-rolled deep drawing steel is a low-carbon or ultra-low-carbon steel sheet processed by cold rolling and annealing. It features high elongation, a low yield ratio, and high r-value and n-value, making it suitable for deep drawing applications such as automotive panels and appliance housings. Cold-rolled steel sheet for enameling (porcelain enamel) is specifically designed for enamel coating processes. In addition to good formability, it requires excellent resistance to fish scaling (hydrogen blistering), good adhesion to the enamel layer, and high-temperature stability to prevent bubbling or peeling during firing. Typical applications include oven liners, water heater tanks, and cooktop panels.
